Sheila Wood
Sheila Wood graduated from Camberwell School of Art in 1970 with an Honours Degree in Fine Art and has taught and painted ever since working in several mediums including oil on canvas, stained glass, pottery. She was commissioned by the Palace of Westminster in London to paint the Ceili at the Palace of Westminster in Celebration of the Millennium which now hangs there. Her outdoor murals in Carrick-on-Suir honouring the cultural legacy of The Clancy Brothers have attracted much acclaim. Her work forms part of many important collections worldwide.
